It's not that it's difficult to knit for your own nourishment throughout the year, but sometimes nudges and encouragement are vital to continue.
You don't even have to knit every day to get the benefit, but knowing that it's there consistently is what's important.
I might set the intention to picking up the knitting at least a few times each week, but life happens. And I know I need different things to bring me back- sometimes playfulness and fun, sometimes practical answers or a creative request.
